SA Fashion Week: Day Two

The second day of fashion week was one for the books. Heels were higher, the makeup fiercer and the colours far more vivid.
The designers to grace the runway were: Selfi, African Style Story, Isabel de Villiers Clothing, Judith Atelier and Gert-Johan Coetzee.
Cruz Vodka is one of the main Fashion Week sponsors this season, and they supplied the party with delicious, petal topped cocktails in every shade.
The showstopper show for the evening was definitely Gert-Johan Coetzee. The SS19 collection was built around the glamour of African baroque with a modern twist. There were opulent feathered gowns, tasselled jumpsuits and skin tight, printed bodies. The looks were finessed with gold-leafed makeup and smokey eyes.
